Why every Norrhus is all-electric

A house with R-32 walls and triple glazing needs very little heat. An air-source heat pump covers it, a heat-recovery ventilation unit keeps the air fresh without throwing the warmth away, and the cabins add a small wood stove for the evenings.

There is no gas line to permit, dig or maintain, and every house is wired for solar from the start, so the roof can be added now or in ten years.
